Excellent product! I can't say enough good things about this.Acts like a grill and keeps the fat away from the food.Heats evenly, grills quick.Excellent for sandwiches too and easy clean up.Every kitchen should have one.

The only complaint I've got with my square grill pan is that when you are cooking over high heat there is a lot of grease splatter onto the stovetop because of the low sides of the pan. But all grill pans have the same basic design, so it isn't an issue confined to this particular pan. I like the Contemporary Nonstick series from Calphalon because I have never had any success using the anodized type of pan, this is the more traditional non-stick and I am happy with it. I love this Calphalon nonstick grill pan.It works exactly like I expected and wanted it to. Clean up is a breeze. Also, the price was very good.I had been looking for a pan to grill steaks inside the house and this one caught my eye because of the good company name and the price. I know I'm going to get a lot of use out of it.
