I bought this bread-maker after my 12 year old was diagnosed with Celiac Disease.It has worked perfectly every time.You do have to remember to follow all directions in the recipe as well as for the breadmaker.The biggest problem with the GF dough is that it is not very "cohesive" and you have to remember to stir dry ingredients into the center once or twice

During the first baking session, the bread pan kept popping out of the seat while in kneeding cycle and I had to reseat the pan, repeatedly.After the session was over and I had a good loaf of bread, after all, I force stretched the pan lengthwise so that the tabs at the sides of the pan engaged the seat-tabs of the baking-well more positively and it is working OK, now.A little better quality control is suggested during the fabrication.

out of 6 loaves i have not made a 'good' one yet... however I ate them all. 2 were so bad there has to be a mistake in the recipes and needed correction before final baking and the others I can only guess. it's retro-deco ugly and difficult to clean the outside surfaces. I was harsh with my rating because it was priced higher than others i was looking at and subsequently disappointed in this brand name.

I think, even though I clicked on
purchasing a *new* machine, I think I
received a used one or a returned one,

The outside may be made of stainless steel, but the inside interior isn't made of stainless steel(where it counts). Not recommended for baking, poor quality product and overpriced in that regard.
