My hair is very curly and can get extremely frizzy. This flat iron is awesome. It takes me about 45 minutes to get it straight which is actually not a lot of time at all considering my hair is very long. It eliminates the frizz as it straightens and leaves your hair shiny and super soft. It does not damage your hair as other flat irons do. I highly recommend this product.

The straightener works really well, my hair was pin straight.Unfortunately, it's amazing results only last for as long as the product does and for me this was about 2.5 weeks.In my opinion it's not worth the money.

I purchased the CHI on advice from my "stylist-daughter". This has got to be the best hair straightener I have ever used. If you are in doubt, don't be, it is Great! Heats up fast, smooth, doesn't pull or tear my hair, and so easy to use. I love it!
