I'd like to point out that this review is by a mere man. And when it comes to things of the kitchen my opinion doesn't count for much. I thought this microwave oven was just fine. I threw away the packaging in a fit of tidiness and confidence.I tried it out.It worked.What could possibly be wrong?We have had it now for three weeks and my wife has not stopped complaining.I didn't know that one could get so worked up about a microwave oven.

ITEM IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!Made in Thailand, should of been my first clue.It wasn't built to ul specs, many problems with it.That loud noise is the microwaves going everywhere but the inner chamber to heat the food, that and a burning smell, surprised I didn't burn down the kitchen.Never tripped the breaker, but had a nice headache.DO NOT BUY THIS..I hope this is just a Knockoff of a real microwave, because if this is a Sharp, I won't ever buy one again.

It's way too light and the metal and hard plastic feet do not grip a Formica countertop -- when you try to open the door, the oven slides all over.

I bought this micro solely based on size, as it needed to fit inside a cabinet. and I was replacing a Sharp micro that had been good to me for many years. This little thing makes an inordiinate amount of noise while running, like it's trying really, really hard. Takes about 50% longer to do the same job, as well. It's certainly adequate if you only microwave the occasional item, but if you're a more heavy duty microwave user, I would suggest you look elsewhere.
