I would characterize my skin as very sensitive. Dermalogica does a great job calming and cooling skin. I use this cleaner especially in the summer, when pores are exposed to most impurities. I tried others, but this is the best for calming skin. I had reaction to other clay cleansers--I think it isbecause clay is generally harsh, a lot of times grainy.
