Rating: - Easy to use
These are really easy to use, you don't have to hit hard with them to get good effect. My husband has a back like a plank of wood and it's impossible (for me, a non-masseuse) to give him a massage that does any good. These let me help him out without fatiguing myself or giving me hand cramps... we had a "thumper" kind of hand-held version of this but the kickback from it made it really hard for me to use on him as I got tired very quickly. These are so much better.

I really enjoy using these bongers to help loosen up my tight muscles. Works really good on my calve muscles. My cats like it too.

I purchased these to help with sore muscles, back pain and cellulite.It feels great on sore muscles, but not so sure it helps diminish cellulite as the product claims...I will keep trying though...

I bought these to relax neck and shoulder muscles, and I guess they were OK, but I didn't use them much.Ended up giving them to my teenage nephew, who is in to martial arts and body building.He likes them and uses them a lot.So, I guess this depends on the individual.

Finally, something you can use on yourself, it reaches my back perfectly. Sometimes you just need a few bongs here and there to relax any stiffness on your back.
Good price, I mean they last!
(Great for gift-giving too... someone gave them to me for my birthday, and that was 10 years ago and they're still working fine)
