I have lost some weight since using this and Oxycise techniques.However, I have also been eating very carefully and taking supplemetns like Rhodiola (fantastic for energy and mood!) and NuZyme, which also help weight loss.Plus I have been doing other exercises.No, I don't think this tape gives enough variety for exercise.Having said that, I do find these techniques to be very beneficial. My job requires that I work a great deal of overtime, which leaves little to no time for going to work out at the gym 4-5 times/week.
