I am on my third and last day of this product. Since day one I have been experiencing headaches and by day two the nausea set in. I almost got sick this morning when I decided I had enough. I haven't been able to sleep because of the nausea and restlesness. This is my first cleansing product and I regret not doing more research before buying it.

I used the First Cleanse product exactly as directed.I found it worked to my expectations which was that it would gently encourage bowel and other digestive organ elimination. I did not expect to miraculously lose weight or regrow my hair; I did not have unreasonably optimistic expectations.

Rating: - Was I dying or was it just a side effect?
Last night, (day 2) I woke up to the most TERRIBLE AND frightening pain I have ever experienced. My stomach suddenly cramped up and I could not move. This had happened all night! It was so painful and I must relate it to the First Cleanse pills. I also feel bloated and am extremely disspoainted with this medicine. I don't know what else to take but I have had less bowel movements than I NORMALLY DO!!
Awfull stuff!
