Rating:  - Worst one I have Used to date
This thing is a disappointment.It is too thin to flip anything with a bit of mass to it.The nylon bends immediately from sitting in a drawer and holds that position.I have tried probably 10 flippers over the last little while and for me, this is the worst.I used to like the Calphalon turners but the edge of the one's I ordered recently have shown splitting very quickly.Ironically, my favorite is the Henkel's silicon spatula and I can't really explain why ... it's too thick, food doesn't ... OXO make excellent products. I purchased an OXO Good Grips Large Nylon Flexible Turner and am pleased with the flexibility. You are able to really get under what you are trying to turn.
Rating:  - Another quality OXO product!
As items break or become unusable in my kitchen I am slowly replacing them with Oxo good grips. I think the quality is outstanding and I like the design of them.
Rating:  - There is such a thing as too flexible
I typically love OXO products, but I found this turner to be just too flexible.I found it could not bear up under much weight at all, and bent too much.I suppose this could be an asset in some circumstances, but I have struggled to find them.Just not a useful item for me.

This turner worked great for non-stick pans.Most of these are real thick plastic, and you can't get them under the food like a metal turner.Then the food just gets pushed around the pan.The edge of this turner is so thin, it gets under food much better than any other non-stick turner.This model seems to be a lot stiffer than their other narrower models.The extra width seems to make it stiffer.It still bends some if the food is fairly heavy, however.But for flipping burgers, and even ...
