I have been watching the WEN commercials on television and on QVC. I thought about buying the product, but had been putting it off. I have blonde, very dry, frizzy, naturally curly hair. I live in Arkansas, so the humidity is not my best friend. Recently, I went to a salon and my stylist completely fried my hair! Lowlights turned black on my blonde hair and then she went back to lighten them and my hair was breaking off and very dry (fried!!). I bought many products for my hair and wore hair ... Read More

I have been coloring my hair for about 10 years and my hair was becomming so dry I would only wear it in a ponytail. It was brittle and falling out. I have very long, thick hair so after reading the reviews I bought the Fig scent. I ususally love all things fig (from bath & bodyworks) - but this is like a rotten fig smell. I started using the product as directed and found my hair was looking greasy at the roots - now i use a smaller amount and use only as a conditioner; i use a sulfate free shampoo ... Read More

Wen delivers if you respect how it is different and follow the directions. If you use Wen with the "shampoo method" -- put some in, massage it and then wash it out right away -- your hair will be flat and greasy.
In order for Wen to clean your hair, you need to work it through and LEAVE IT ON for at least 3 minutes (preferably 5), then rinse really well. If you follow the directions, your hair will be clean, shiny, soft, bouncy and your color will last. FWIW, I have fine, light-bodied, wavy, ... Read More

It's okay, but really it's nothing more than conditioner and overpriced. When it was shipped, the nozzle hadn't been locked and almost 1/2 of the product had leaked into the shipping container. I won't be buying anymore of this product.

Again, I bought this product thinking it would be much different from what I have tried (and I have tried sooo many). I have been searching for a long time now for a cleansing system that not only works well on my hair but tends to my scalp as well. This specific cleanser smelled awful and did not work well to leave my hair feeling moisturized. It did clean well, but I still had scalp problems. It is awful pricey too. I will not try any more wen products for this is the 2nd one I tried.
