I bought this initially for my own bothered neck.I did not get the chance so I had a friend who sings professionally try it out for me. Needless to say she did not want to give it back...and insisted I order more for her teacher and friends! Happily I ordered more and all are satisfied with the results sought.It is nice to have the extra set of "hands" to cradle my stiff and tired neck and shoulders. EXCELLENT!
