I have used a pressure cooker for over 40 years. I wanted a stainless one and this appeared to be the best choice given the price and reviews. My main complaint is the instruction booklet. If Manttra is going to actively promote their product in the US it looks like an instruction booklet that isn't just a translation would be merited. I've used it three times. I've owned the Manttra 6 Qt stainless cooker for a year and find it reliable, easy to clean and very efficient in doing what pressure cookers should do -- make tender food quickly.I use my mostly to cook beans and other dried foods and it does a great job.I'm buying more for gifts this year.
