I receive only the desk without the overhead gabinet, as it's show in the picture.

This desk was a bit disappointing for me because after putting it together (definitely a 2 person job) the keyboard tray was really low to the ground. I had to put the feet of the desk up on thick pieces of cardboard so the keyboard tray wouldn't be hitting my knees (and I'm a short guy!). Admittedly I should have paid attention to the dimensions better, but I just couldn't understand why computer desk would be so short (it's quite uncomfortable for my wrists and back to be typing on something that ... This company has it together. Got it on time, and it was SOOOO easy to put together. All the pieces were there, and it is absolutely beautiful. For the price (?????) I was floored. Great response time to email, also. Buy it... you won't be sorry.
