I read in a health magazine that this product is better for you than aspertame (which can cause thyroid symptoms),sucrose( because sucrose is sugar)or saccarine. I have no proof of that but I thought I would give it a try since my hair has been falling out from too much aspertame.It tasts good. I can use less than a full package because of it's extra sweetness. It is a plant product and supposedly causes no health problems..Zero calories.
