This is a simple and efficient toaster with no fancy features and does the job of toasting bread or bagels well. the price is reasonable.

Serves the purpose for me. I just needed a toaster that could toast my bread well, and it seems to do that. Only sometimes, I need to re-toast twice, but maybe it's the bread I use? Dunno.

Beware!Once you've selected the "shade" of how you want the toast, and depress the lever, the only way you can get it to stop earlier is to unplug it!! I hate that aspect.I keep my bread in the freezer, so it takes longer to toast.The first time I used it, I set it for too dark.The toast started burning.I tried pushing up on the lever like you would to most toasters, but nada!I had to unplug it to make it stop.Very poor design. This product arrived in safe, new condition. There was a recall of this product due to a fire hazard, product #s supplied; the one shipped to me WAS NOT one of the recalled numbers.This toaster is doing fine. I trust it will continue to do fine.
