While the exercise demos are clear and precise, I expected to exercise with the CD for the full length of recommended times ... not just advice to do each exercise a specific number of times.Perhaps her next CD contains a full length exercise routine for beginners to follow.

The Beginning Callenetics DVD that I just purchased was for me to get started again on this program that I worked with more than 10 years ago. I was happy with the DVD, but surprised that the instructor and her students do not appear to have changed much from the first tape I purchased quite awhile ago. I expected more updates but was pleased to see how this DVD helped me get started on a great work out program.
