Got this for my mother for Christmas after hearing her complain many times about how quick the food got cold. She uses it all the time when we are having a hot meal. I definitely recommend it.
My only complaint is the cord to recharge it is very short but luckily it recharges quickly and then can be placed in a more convenient spot. Otherwise, this is easily remedied by an extension cord.

What a disappointment! It was too late for me to send back. This is the first time I've been unhappy with the quality of a product ordered through Amazon. I bought the 3-plate warming tray as a present for my Mom earlier this year. I figure it'll come in handy for meals at holidays or family gatherings with many dishes. I've tried it out myself a few times. Here are my thoughts:
* It works as advertised-- you plug it for around 8 minutes to heat it up, and the food on it really stays warm for about an hour. (I timed it.)
