I had this product for several months and I do use my internet a lot for watching large videos. Recently, its been resetting itself and it usually occurs when I'm downloading or watching videos. The modem does feel a bit hot after awhile. After several tests of my connection, Comcast has determined that it was my modem that could be the problem. I've had my D-Link DCM-202 for almost a month and I am in internet heaven! I used to have airless internet(radio and antenna) for about 2 years due to living in rural area. Speeds maxed out at 1 MPS. Then along came Charter (Thank God!). Now I am receiving 10 MPS(!) with my cable internet, the D-Link DCM-202, a D-Link EBR-2310 Router, Vonage Motorola router, and X-Box Live.
