Will & Grace strode into its third season with the kind ofcultural cache TV executives would kill for. These 22 episodes arelittered with hip celebrity guest stars, from Ellen DeGeneres to SandraBernhard to Cher, and the performances of the core quartet--Debra Messing,Eric McCormack, Karen Mullally, and Sean Hayes--became more comicallyexaggerated as they risked pushing their characters (already riddled withneuroses and snippiness) into the realm of caricatures. But due to cleverwriting and confident, full-throttle performances, it doesn't matter. Evenwhen Jack and Karen's high-handed behavior go beyond anything recognizablyhuman, audiences love them all the more; no matter how high-strung Willand Grace become, their well-honed rapport keeps them engaging andlovable.
Wisely, the writers swiftly returned the pair to roommate statusand got Grace out of her ongoing relationship with Will's former boss(Gregory Hines), bringing the show's focus back on how the pair sublimatetheir love lives with the cozy intimacy of friendship--one particularlystrong episode flashes back to how they first met in college, replete withgodawful 80s fashion. But, as ever, it's Jack and Karen who up the comicante; Mullally and Hayes are shamelessly self-absorbed and shallow,exploiting and abusing everyone around them. Jack forces Will to playCyrano, feeding him pick-up lines over his salesperson headset; Karen,worried that some experimental plastic surgery might turn out badly,manipulates another socialite into getting it first. Not all plotlinesfly--Grace gets into a relationship with an obnoxious neighbor (WoodyHarrelson) that never becomes more than stunt-casting--but the racy witflies fast and furious, the slapstick is topnotch, and Karen's hairdotowers magnificently. --Bret Fetzer

Rating:  - Thought the DVD was missing episodes
I love Will & Grace but when looking at Season 3 I realized that there were so few episodes. However, when I looked at the listing on the box, I realized that I hadn't seen half of the shows listed.
Thanks to the previous reviewer, I was able to navigate the an obscure place on each disc to view all of the episodes that I had missed.
Very poor Menu graphics!
Rating: - Will & Grace - Season Three
This is one of a few TV shows I liked enough to get on DVD. Really not much to say about this Set. Only thing is that if you like the idea of gay guys living with straight lady's then this is a fun TV Series. Will Trueman is one of the main characters, gay and a lawyer. There are a few lawyer jokes in the Series. but for me it is a plus since I was screwed by a lawyer. I have made note to some of these jokes.

I wish I could review this product but I have not recieved it. I have sent a couple emails to your group to let them know and I have not heard back. I usually have good luck with amazon but this time around I am dissapointed.
Please advise if you are able to send a refund or another shipment. I would greatly appreciate any help on this that I can get.

This is THE best season of Will and Grace.I have the first five and this is always the first one I go to when I want to watch something that will make me laugh.If you only purchase one season of this show, this is the one.
