All 4 were broken and I have not had the time to send them back. It does not make sense that they are not packaged properly. THis is the second time this has happened with the same product.

LOVE MINE. I have to say I chose the Sango Splash for the rough look of it. I like earth and fall colors and I like something that will go with all seasons, if you just change your table cloth or napkins. I am usually rought on stuff and I have to say I have about everything and maybe just one or two bowl with a small chip. I think they way I handle mine they should have more chips, but they don't.
