I combined this tea with Fenugreek seed capsules and I could tell a difference after the first day!I'm not engorged by any means, but I definitely pump more milk than I did before.

Along with adding fenugreek to recipes such as curries and stews, I like to drink teas such as this which contain fenugreek.3 cups of tea per day boosts my milk supply when I need it. It has a mild, sweet flavor.If you enjoy tea and are breastfeeding, this is a good choice.

No difference, I ended up giving up on breastfeeding...

Worked very well for me and fast!By the end of the first day and three glasses of tea I felt almost engorged!Now I just drink a cup or two a day and it really is helping.I wish I had known about this product with my first child.
