I followed the directions and this product worked. It was a couple years ago, and I have been thinking of doing another. Here is what I noticed: larger (much larger) bowel movements. This did not take long. Also I got rid of my lactose intolerance. Since doing the cleanse, I have become progressively more of a health nut. If a friend told you that a colon cleanse is a good idea, I fully concur. I have not compared versus other products though, so you might want to read reviews on other products. ... Read More

This product works great if you use as directed. This is the best cleanser, I have tried others, and this works the best.

I detox 2x a year and always use this product - I think it works great and I will keep using it.

I tried this product based on what most of the other reviewers said.I used the cleanse smart along with the oil smart and the fiber smart as reccomended, however, it didn't do anything.I too felt bloated, constipated and anxious waiting to go.Don't use this product.It actually makes you feel worse than before using it.
Rating: - YOU MUST USE A FIBER LAXATIVE & DRINK LOTS OF WATER
This product purges toxins from different areas of the body and sends them straight to the intestines to be removed giving your intestines even more stuff that needs to be eliminated. This kit does not contain a fiber supplement and you really must use one to keep the toxins moving on out and not being re-absorbed and to avoid constipation.
