My husband and I are trying a low carb diet and wanted to find a crispy low carb snack.We enjoy having these cheese straw bites and find that we are satisfied with having 1/4 cup or less at a time - which is a little different than before this diet when we had cheese and crackers.We would have no problem recommending them to anyone.
