Rating: - Not quite what I expected after reading reviews After reading all of these reviews, I expected wonderful things out of this item.I purchased it to slice cured bacon.It does not slice cured bacon at all.So if you want to cut 'tough' food items, find another way.
Rating: - EK700 price variation. A good knife with above average slicing ability but priced $5.00 higher than offered by Black and Decker on their Web pages. B & D Lists for $14.99 Amazon selling for $19.00 to $20.00 plus shipping. Exact same knife, no accessories.
Rating: - Pretty good product...... Simple to use, easy to clean and works pretty good for the money. I will put it to the real test on the holidays, but so far it works great!
