The 4-inch paring knife adeptly manages most fruit andvegetable peeling, cutting, and garnishing; the 8-inch slicing knife carves theThanksgiving turkey and other roasts; and the large 10-inch chef's knife tackles amultitude of kitchen chopping, mincing, and slicing tasks. The Fibrox blades are made in Germany and hand-finishedin Switzerland.
