Customer Reviews Average Rating: Rating: - Cuisinart Chef's Classuc Non-stick Pan It's hard to rave about a frying pan, but this one is exactly what you'd want it to be.Nothing sticks to it, it's easy to clean, and it cooks evenly and perfectly every time. We use it mostly for omelets, and it satisfies us every time.
Rating: - Nonstick finish not in it for the long haul Have owned this pan for about five years, and really liked it at first. I'd hoped it would last a very long time, given the new-formula, supposedly sturdy, nonstick finish, as well as its strong stainless steel clad construction. But the nonstick surface has been progressively peeling off around the rivets for the past couple of years, not anywhere we use utensils. It's just plain surface failure, and we don't want it in our food. The degradation of the nonstick surface is all the more disappointing ... Rating: - Solid Pan Had the pan for several weeks and we are very pleased with its style, performance, and build.
Rating: - Uh-Oha problem I ordered this skillet for frying eggs in the mornings. I needed stainless steel as my hard anodized pan left scratches on my ceramic cooktop. This skillet is just super! Very hard surface that is as smooth as glass. Afterthought (one month after first post) - Uh-Oh!! After using this skillet occasionally over the last month, I now see a place on the handle where the shiny silver coating has chipped off. Yes !! Coating !! Underneath this shiny coating you will find dull black metal. ... Read More
Rating: - Wish they made more items with this finish I love this skillet because the non-stick Titanium finish is awesome. I have it in the 8" too, and wish their stainless steel non-stick sauce pans were offered with this finish too. The non-stick finish on my older Cuisinart pots, which aren't done with this new finish, is worn on the edges and scratched on the bottom. These are much more durable, and they heat and cook more evenly. I still use cooking oils, but everything slides right out with just a bit of it. GREAT pan!
