I appreciate the handle attachment, which is stronger than a less expensive model.This is a good heavy pan, well balanced.
Rating: - Great for Pancakes and Grilled Cheese Sandies
This pan replaced a cheaper model of square griddle that I used mostly for pancakes and bacon and eggs. So far this product has been excellent. I have used it for pancakes and grilled cheese sandwiches which came out perfect. The heat distribution is perfect. I recommend this product to everyone who likes their pancakes and grilled cheese sandwiches evenly toasted.

I have used this griddle for about a year. The surface is now blistering and peeling. I am going to return it directly to the manufacturer and hope that the new one is better performing.
