I thought when using this product that it would be more of a "continue to cook" product. I liked the idea of bringing the food up to temperature, cooking for a short while, closing the lid and turning it off. I have tried it now three or four times and each time I say...."it's okay." It's not great; it's not bad. I just prefer the Emile Henry FLAME cookware which I also bought recently. I think it's called FLAME...........it can be taken from the freezer to the microwave; it can be used on the stovetop ... Read More
