Rating: - Design flaw: You'll burn your hand
First, this is a heavy pan and those are definite raised fins (as opposed to the speed bumps on the All-Clad models). It heats evenly and quickly, the fins impart a distinct grill-like sear. It's nice that way.
But look closely at the picture. The pan extends into the handle by about two inches. If you're like me, you grab the handle close to the pan for balance and control, and if you're using this pan, you'll burn your fingers. Over and over until you learn. (I know...., but it's a ... Read More
