I didn't use high heat or metal utensils, and always washed by hand when the pan was cool and yet the nonstick still came off.Don't waste your money on this product.

This pan is a great size. I had one before from a set but gave to my college bound son. didn't realize how much i would miss it!I have arthritis and can't handle the real heavy calphlon pans. simply is the best for me.

I have a calphalon wok and wanted something to fry a couple eggs or cook small amounts of something oh and yeah cook an omelet.This is a great little pan for quick small cooking jobs.Easy to clean and does heat up fast and at a high temperature.The Handle (of all things) is great too! Fits the hand good and makes it fun to use. Very good work on this.Handle with respect and it should last a long time.

Why would anyone want pots that can't be used on high heat, can't be washed in the dishwasher or can't be scoured for fear of removing their anodized finish.My Calphalon professional pots were very expensive and it makes me sick that they have preformed so poorly.I have noticed that many of the positive reviews were by people who haven't owned these pots for long
