I got this magazine for my boyfriend as a gift and he absolutely loves it!
Rating:  - inspiring designs, rich visuals, interesting articles.. traditional design orientation
as a budding interaction designer, i've read id magazine for several years now. the publication is not particularly interested-in or talented-at covering interaction/software design, but i find it otherwise valuable
the orientation is primarily towards furniture, gadget and industrial designs (especially furniture!?) - but there are plenty of diversions from these centroids.the overall emphasis is more aesthetic than functional/comfortable/usable/etc - appropriate for a two dimensional ... Read More

the website says product will arrive in 2 months or so. consequently, i bought the current issue...which was sent to me by amazon, so now i have two. if the magazine will arrive sooner, it would be wise to be more accurate on the timeframe when ordering magazines.
