Great pan -- looks good (matches my other KitchenAid things) and cooks evenly. The silicone rubber handle is a nice feature as it means I don't need to keep grabbing a tea towel every time I need to pick it up. Highly recommended.

Simple look, sophisticated designed, handle, shape, balance, excellent for stir fry, something that is hard to find in the states, most of them are either too shallow or too flat.

I think KitchenAid makes the best, affordable, non-stick frying pans out there.I had one 8" that I loved, and used constantly, so I decided to get a larger size for sauteing vegetables, etc.It cooks the food evenly and quickly and you barely need any oil, because the non-stick surface is incredible. Highly recommended.
