Every kitchen should have at least one non-stick frying pan, and this one is loaded with advantages. Vacuum-pressure casting allows this line of cookware to have a thick base for even heating, thin walls for less energy loss and lighter weight, and thick rim for structural stability. This cookware won't warp and the non-stick surfaces both inside and out won't blister, peel or chip. Casting allows the handle bases to be an integral part of the pan, making rivets unnecessary. No rivets makes the interior easier to keep clean. The phenolic handles feature an ergonomic design with a thumb rest, nice and comfy!

I have spent hundreds of dollars tring different frying pans...Berndes makes the absolute BEST.They are a bit pricey, but last much longer than regular teflon...You can fry things, and run water in the pan, and it looks clean.Nothing sticks,you just have to put it in the dishwater to make sure your are wiping out the grease, since it already looks clean.I would not buy any other frying pan....I have all the sizes for pan frying and also their oval roaster, great idea with the off set handles.
