I've used one of these for three years now with excellent results for hiking boots, Nordic ski boots, athletic shoes and rubber/leather pacs. Although the heat level is very modest - and therefore protects your footwear and keeps the electric bill low - it will thoroughly dry all but the very soggiest boots in a few hours. Also, it seems to eliminate any foul odors (who me?) in athletic or street shoes.

Rating: - Awesome piece of equipment! A must have for almost everybody!
This is my third boot dryer and they are still, I think, one of the best boot dryers you can buy. Definitly a must to keep you shoes or boots from stinking too! I bought the glove attachment for mine and it dries a pair of gloves in about 4-5 hrs. and also kills the smell some wet gloves get, even after their dry. I would definitly recommend this to anyone!

I've had a PEET show dryer for over a year.I use it to dry my sneakers and hiking boots after walking through wet woods and grass.The shoes/boots dry in a couple of hours.The dryer is totally quiet.It does not generate noticeable heat, so I can leave it plugged in, even on hot 90+ degree days.I'm pleased with the product.

I am very impressed with this unit.No noise, very gently air flow that makes you doubt it is on, but it is.Big help in getting rid of foot smell.Bacteria causes the bad smell.The Peet Dryer dries the inside of the shoes; therefore, eliminating the bacteria's breeding environment.
Leaves shoes slightly warm. Dries shoes better & faster than leaving the shoes to air dry for several days.25 yr warranty is outstanding.Save money as don't have to use as much foot powder, creams, etc...

had it about a year, i had shoe dryers before this that had fans in them and worked quick i guees but its not worth it having to remember to unplug them. and also the wires would get tangled. this you plug in and leave it and put on perfectly dry toasty shoes every morning. and it even dries soaked shoes or boots. great simple devise. keeps shoes from smelling also
