Rating:  - it's a STICK pan
I agree with a review by "Keith Bell" and a few others. I bought the pan two years ago, and don't have to wait that long before the pan started to lost its non-stick quality. I can't even cook an egg in it anymore. It stuck to the pan and looks like thesurface of the moon. Even fish (with skin) stuck to the pan as well.

We were led to this pan by Cook's Illustrated magazine, which reviewed them all (including All-Clad).This pan is a great, heavy weight. Perfect for even heat distribution and the surface is truly non-stick and durable. We use it every day.You may also want to order a glass lid for this pan

I bought this pan to replace an 8 year old version of the same thing. This one was even better! I liked the soft touch handle, the non stick surface is great. Wipes out with a paper towel. Still good for basic pan sauces though.
