I have been using No-Jet-Lag for about a year for transcontinental travel, but didn't feel I was really putting it to the test. Today is my first day back from a week in Barcelona. I feel normal -- which is VERY different from trips to Europe in recent years.
If you buy this stuff, follow the recommendations to the letter. And do realize that the product does not substitute for sleep. You still need your 8 hours every 24 (or whatever). What No-Jet-Lag does is relieve the other symptoms ... Read More

I didn't want jet lag to mess up my vacation and knew I had to go to work the day after I returned from 10 days in Ireland.I was completely faithful to the No-Jet-Lag directions for the long flights.I had no jet lag when I got to Ireland and only feel somewhat tired from the return trip.I would take it again for a future trip.
