I do not know enough about computers to tell you if this is better than other products.I can tell you that I've not had any issues with this router.The price was not too bad, either, so I'd have to recommend this product if you are looking for a basic, broadband router.

This has to be the most configurable, smooth and fast DSL modem I have ever used, hands down.I have a multiple address block from my ISP, and they only seem to have instructions for a couple of modems that aren't even being manufactured currently.I am using this with FastQ over a Qwest line, and it works perfectly.I had to follow the instructions for PPPoE, but use PPPoA for the actual connection to setup the multiple IP block, since they only showed instructions for PPPoE...
