The item is ok. It doesn't wrinkle much, good for casual use. But if you need formal, you'll have to iron it or use another shirt of higher quality.

Arrow makes a wonderful button down solid color oxford cloth shirt with long sleeves. This is perfect for workplace environments, casual business lunches and deals--and even school uniforms. I bought this dress shirt for my husband, who is graduating and interviewing for jobs. It's really nice and worth the price! It's not hard to take care of as well--machine wash is ok, and very easy to iron. So I recommend it~
