I've mostly been concentrating on obtaining Cuisinart Chef's Classic and Anolon Advanced cookware, but decided to take a chance on this based on both the price and Amazon's description.At $32, I'm a bit disappointed.The handles are spot welded rather than riveted (including the lid handle).The pot and boiler insert handles are roled stainless rather than solid.The lid is light although the base is relatively heavy.Since I will only be using this for delicate sauces such as hollandaise, ...
