Original order contained several defective teaspoons (indentions along sides of spoons). E-mailed Amazon regarding problem - they instructed me how to send items back. Returned three spoons which had the imperfections. After UPS had picked up package Amazon sent E-mail informing me the entire 45 pieces were to returned (this had not been mentioned in the two previous correspondences).
