Ms Magazine reminds us in every issue that it's has matured from being a "feminist" magazine - I'm not sure what they even means now - into a magazine that deals with core issues in our society of equity and civil rights. It has a different role from when it first came out in the 1970's, when women were looking for a mainstream voice for their concerns. Now it speaks to us all. There is certainly not a lack of interest on such important issues such as those mentioned in Ms. magazine because these issues affect all women all over the world. Whether it is on women's right for abortion, sex discrimination, exploitation of women and children, family and health acts or historical events on the women's movement (which I believe should really be corrected to mean a movement for all humanity because IT IS), Ms. magazine delivers the information that so many young women are lacking ... What I really liked about this magazine is it's analysis of issues that effect women, as well as the fact that it's content is not vacant advertising but articles about current events and how they specifically effect women. Very enlightening-I wish more women knew of this magazine.
