I've been wearing one of these Casio's for at least 15 years, I'm not very large, so I like it's smaller size compared to many digital watches. It isn't indestructable, (the darned strap attachment seems to be the weak link for me), but I wear it without regard to activity: swimming, showering, snorkelling, gardening.The count-down timer is the greatest invention, great for cooking, timing hoses (so I don't leave it running forever).I am having a difficult time reading the small count-down numbers ... I agree totally with the previous reviewer (Mother with 2...) the only reason not to give it 5 stars is the lack of a light, but the countdown function is why I love it. I use it as an oven timer so I can leave the room and not worry about hearing something finish. I can go back to my desk when heating a cup of water, and not have to remember it 2 hours later.
