I'm the only coffee drinker in the household and have had one of these for several years.It worked great for single usage; when there was a 2nd coffee drinker around I had trouble with spillage and uneven distribution. Now we have a Mr. Coffee for when there's company.

I am VERY disappointed in this product.It did not work from day one when it was taken out of the box.It will not brew two cups of coffee without spilling over on to the counter.It seems it just keeps filling up one cup and cannot switch to the other.I would NOT recommend this item to anyone.It was a waste of time and money.

I was surprised to find some people having serious complaints with this coffee maker.I've had mine for years and never had a problem.I agree that it's hard to pour the water in without spilling a little, but I think it's more operator error than anything else.It isn't that much a design flaw of the coffee maker as much as its a design flaw of normal mugs.Every time I've made a mess trying to pour water in, it's been because the water flows back down the outside of the mug.So I'm going with ...
