I purchased this phone cord up to use on my work phone.I have a Cisco phone at the office and the original cord was ridiculous!In a matter of days the old cord was knotted and twisted and pretty useless.I'd pick up the handset and the whole phone would come up with it!

Rating:  - When 12 feet is more like 4 feet
If you buy this product, remember that the cord is COILED so the usable length is about 1/3 of what the descriptive length is, i.e. 12 feet of length equates to 4 feet of cord. If I had it to do over, I'd buy the 15 footer. Quality of the cord is excellent.
