Rating:  - Well, it does grind pepper.
I bought the pepper grinder because of the one handed operation and the way it looked. It does grind pepper with one hand as advertised. My main complaints about this grinder are that it:
A. Does not grind enough pepper per squeeze and
B. Chunks of pepper are left even when on the finest setting

Along with the small amount of pepper per squeeze, this plastic ball has a seam along the middle that will be stressed everytime you use it and will ultimately begin to split, unrepairable.This is not a durable pepper mill.I'm replacing mine with another model.

I only bought this because it was the cheaper of 2 options in my local grocery store.Big mistake.
I have average-sized hands, but the two-finger technique of squeezing the rabbit ears was incredibly uncomfortable, and only an infinitesimal amount of pepper dust comes out of the thing for all one's efforts.The ergonomic advertisement sloganeering on the packaging is all a lot of bunk.

Rating: - Handle broke, grind too coarse
I thought a one-handed pepper grinder would be great for cooking, but I was never able to get the grind adjusted, and you don't get enough ground pepper per squeeze, and now one of the handles has snapped off. I won't be getting another one of these.
The salt grinder version is fine, though.
Rating: - Breaks...don't buy it
Thought I'd save a few bucks and buy this little grinder for $8.I should've bought the more expensive and better quality one since now I have to go buy another.Both handles have broken off and now I have to throw it out.
