Between the battery that the camera comes with and this extra one, I never run out of power.The bag has storage places for extra batteries, tapes and memory sticks.With the size of my Sony trv-350 camcorder I'm even able to fit my Nikon digital camera in the same bag!

This is the carrying case we have for our Sony camera.I must say, although it is a little bulky, it fits our big camera perfectly, and has a lot of room for extras like batteries, memory sticks, software, etc.It is also well-padded, and it does a great job of protecting the camera while it is inside.
The strap seems to be fairly heavy duty, built to last for a long time. Two thumbs up!

It is a good case, with side flaps to keep out rain and sand, unlike some of the cheaper aftermarket cases.Included is a ID tag holder on the inside, which I never see on the aftermarket cases.
When I need another battery, I'll probably get this kit.
