The TransTherm sandwich base evenly transfers heat over the entire bottom of the cooker which makes for faster heating and better heat retention. With a Perfect Plus pressure cooker, your cooking is healthy, saving both time and energy and reducing cooking time up to 70 percent. The pressure cooker is made of 18/10 stainless steel and comes with a perforated insert. Ergonomic handles allow for easy, safe handling. The pressure cooker has an easy-to-use lock and quick release system and an easy-to-read pressure indicator and fill lines inside the pot. The handles are removable for easy cleaning.

I bought mine in Germany back on 2002, it its top of the line in pressure cookers. Can cook the hardest venison or lamb in just a twist.My wife loves it, easy of everything and safe to use. Its top mounted gage is the most easy to use. I recommend this cooker to everyone.
