Rating: - The Hardest Video I Have Ever Done Honestly and truly, this is what I said in the title. I am a FIRM believer, and have been doing the "older" and "newer" FIRM tapes for over 2 years now. This thing nearly killed me the first time I did it. I was sore for two days afterward, and I thought I was in good shape!
