Italian in style and inspiration, this pitcher holds 20 ounces of milk so it can besteamed and/or frothed with an espresso machine's steam nozzle when creatingcappuccinos and café lattés. It's made of stainless steel polished to amirror finish outside and brushed inside. A big, curved handle provides a firm,comfortable grip, and the pitcher's lip is shaped to resist drips when pouring milk. Thepitcher measures 3-5/8 inches high. Four inches in diameter at the base, the pitcher taperssubtly to a slightly smaller mouth for a pleasing effect. We bought the mug with the the DeLonghi espresso maker. It fits conveniently under the steam nozzles and works well, producing frothy "caps" just the way we like them.Clean-up is a whiz.
