'THE BEASTMASTER'IS AN ENJOYABLE FANTASY STORY CENTRED ON A MAN WHO HAS AN AFFINITY WITH WILD ANIMALS.
THERE ARE MacBETH STYLE WITCHES, PAGAN HUMAN SACRIFICIAL WORSHIP, SAVAGE CLAN WARFARE.....ALL THE GOOD STUFF.

I remembered watching this movie as a little girl, and loving all of the animals and sword fighting. Recently I rented it for my little boys... forgetting that it was made prior to the pg-13 rating. This is NOT a PG movie. True there was little in the way of language or slasher type blood and guts, but their eyes about popped out of their heads when the nude scenes that I did not recall occured.
